The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales, marketing, and client relationship management initiatives. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, managing customer relationships, and promoting company services within the aviation industry. The Business Development Manager will also oversee branding initiatives, support proposal development, and lead the Business Development team to achieve organizational sales and profitability objectives

The Client and Contract Services Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing contract development, and supporting business development initiatives. This role plays a key part in evaluating RFPs/RFQs, preparing service quotations, and acting as a liaison between the Operations Department and clients to ensure service expectations are met.

The Flight Crew Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact between GSH's Operations Department and aircrews stationed at remote locations, including sub-bases, mine sites, and client camps. Based at GSH OCC hub, this role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling flight crews, ensuring efficient crew deployment and compliance with company and client standards.
